Our School Values

Northcroft holds three core values that shape its educational philosophy: “Be Safe,” “Belong,” and “Be Inspired.”

Let’s explore each of these values:

  1. Be Safe:

    • At Northcroft, safety is paramount. Students act in a safe manner, demonstrating awareness of themselves and others. They make informed decisions and look out for one another.
    • The school provides a secure environment where students can explore and discuss life’s challenges. Learning to stay safe extends to all aspects of their lives.
  2. Belong:

    • Students are encouraged to believe in themselves and value others. They respect their communities and the environment.
    • The school fosters a sense of purpose, confidence, and identity. Students have the space to explore their individuality without conforming to narrow norms. Acceptance and self-modification are key.
  3. Be Inspired:

    • The school inspires a love of learning. Students develop self-belief, take risks, and strive for achievement.
    • Exploring interests and autonomy allows students to follow their passions. Learning from mistakes and building resilience contribute to becoming confident lifelong learners.
